1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Not a final sale or discounted item
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
